Candied Orange Peel Recipe

Make the cheesiest, easiest Crispy Parmesan Gnocchi recipe ever—perfect for dipping into pesto or marinara sauce—from a store-bought favourite.

INGREDIENTS

– 16 oz. store-bought refrigerated gnocchi –2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese –2 teaspoons chopped fresh chive –1 1/2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted –Marinara, for serving

INSTRUCTIONS

Set oven temperature to 400°F. Use parchment paper to line a baking sheet. Heat a big saucepan of salted water till it boils.

Cook the gnocchi for two to three minutes, or as directed on the package, after adding them. After draining, place the gnocchi in a single layer on the baking sheet that has been lined.

Allow it to cool for ten minutes. Combine the cheese, chives, and melted butter in a 13x9-inch baking sheet to create a paste. Create an even layer of paste.

Place the gnocchi on top of the cheese, side by side, in a single layer. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is dark brown.

After taking the pan out of the oven, allow it to cool fully before serving it with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
