Enjoy these delicious blondies with tangy raspberries and sweet white chocolate. These soft and chewy snacks will impress friends and family on any occasion.

– 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted – 1 cup light brown sugar, packed – 1/2 cup granulated sugar – 2 large egg – 2 teaspoons vanilla extract – 2 cups all-purpose flour – 1/2 teaspoon baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1 cup white chocolate chip – 1 cup fresh raspberrie

Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x13 inch baking sheet with parchment paper, providing an overhang for easy removal.

Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl. Beat each egg carefully after adding it. Mix in vanilla extract. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.

Mix the dry ingredients into the wet components until just mixed. Stir white chocolate chips and raspberries into the batter until evenly distributed. Spread batter evenly in the baking pan using a spatula.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs. Slice the blondies into squares after they've cooled fully.
