One Pot Beef Stroganoff Recipe

Imagine making a substantial, creamy, and delicious Beef Stroganoff in one pot. Soft beef and mushrooms in a creamy sour cream sauce over egg noodles make this comfort cuisine at its best. 


-1 tablespoon olive oil -8 ounce mushrooms -2 tablespoons butter -1 medium onion -2 cloves garlic -1 pound ground beef -3 tablespoons all-purpose flour -1 teaspoon paprika

-¼ cup white wine -4 cups beef broth -¼ teaspoon salt -½ teaspoon pepper -8 ounce egg noodles -¾ cup sour cream -1 tablespoon parsley 


In a large heavy-bottomed pot or Dutch oven, sauté mushrooms in olive oil on medium-high. Sprinkle salt and pepper on mushrooms.

Butter the same pan and cook ground beef. Five to six minutes, brown meat until no longer pink. Ground beef fat drains.

Soften onions and garlic with salt and pepper for sauce. Add flour and paprika and cook 1 minute to remove raw taste. Add broth, mix.

Increase heat to medium-high and simmer. Finish Stroganoff with noodles, mushrooms, and liquids.

Toss noodles occasionally while simmering covered over medium-low heat until al dente. Remove from heat and add sour cream.
