One Pot Beef Stroganoff Recipe
Imagine making a substantial, creamy, and delicious Beef Stroganoff in one pot. Soft beef and mushrooms in a creamy sour cream sauce over egg noodles make this comfort cuisine at its best.
INGREDIENTS
-1 tablespoon olive oil -8 ounce mushrooms -2 tablespoons butter -1 medium onion -2 cloves garlic -1 pound ground beef -3 tablespoons all-purpose flour -1 teaspoon paprika
-¼ cup white wine -4 cups beef broth -¼ teaspoon salt -½ teaspoon pepper -8 ounce egg noodles -¾ cup sour cream -1 tablespoon parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large heavy-bottomed pot or Dutch oven, sauté mushrooms in olive oil on medium-high. Sprinkle salt and pepper on mushrooms.

Butter the same pan and cook ground beef. Five to six minutes, brown meat until no longer pink. Ground beef fat drains.
