Easiest Cheesy Chicken Veggie Rollup Recipe 

Making Cheesy Chicken Veggie Rollups takes 25 minutes and is simple. They make a terrific meal, snack, or appetiser for kids and adults.  

– 8 ounce cream cheese – 1 jalapeno pepper – 1 red bell pepper  – 1 green bell pepper – 6 green onion – 2 cups cooked chicken breast – 8 ounce white cheddar cheese  – ¼ teaspoon black pepper  – 7 Flatout flatbreads  – ½ cup sour cream – ½ cup mayonnaise – ⅓ cup pesto – 1 green onion – 2 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice – ¼ teaspoon black pepper



Set the oven to 425°F. Put parchment paper on one baking sheet and set it aside.   


Using a spatula, thoroughly incorporate the cream cheese, peppers, green onions, chicken, cheese, and black pepper in a large bowl.  


Evenly distribute roughly ½ cup of the chicken and vegetable mixture onto the flatbread.Try your hardest to roll the flatbread into a tight coil.  


Each wrap should yield 8 1-inch slices when sliced with a sharp knife. Packaged chicken mixture should cover 7 flatbreads.  


Place rollups on baking sheet. Bake until cheese melts and rollups turn golden brown, about 10 minutes.  


While the rollups bake, mix the pesto dip ingredients in a small dish. Serve pesto dip with rollups.
