Chicken Taco Taquito Simples Recipe Ever 

Delicious baked Chicken Taco Taquitos are cheesy and full of flavour! Suitable for appetisers, snacks, and lunch.  

– 1 pound chicken breast – 2 tablespoon taco seasoning – 1 tablespoon olive oil – ½ cup frozen corn kernel – ½ cup refried bean – ½ cup salsa – 1 cup cheddar cheese – 2 tablespoon cilantro – 12 6 inch flour tortillas  – ¼ cup butter



Preheat oven to 450℉. Use melted butter to grease a 9x13 baking dish. Cook olive oil in a skillet.   


Season chicken breasts with taco seasoning. Add chicken to skillet and cook for 5 minutes until done.  


Pour corn, refried beans, salsa, and cheddar cheese into the skillet and heat for 2 more minutes until corn is no longer frozen. Stir in cilantro.  


Add a few tablespoons of chicken mixture to a flat tortilla. Roll the tortilla tightly and place in the baking dish.   


Brush melted butter. Repeat with remaining tortillas. There should be enough chicken for 12 tortillas.  


Place the taquitos in the baking dish. Bake taquitos for 15 minutes until crisp and golden brown. Put salsa on the side.
