INSTRUCTIONS
Pre-heat the oven to 350. Trim pork tenderloins of fat and silverskin with a sharp knife. This wonderful video teaches how to swiftly trim pork tenderloin for cooking.
Step 1
Rub the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and sage mixture equally on both sides of the meat. Mix honey, soy sauce, dijon, and garlic in a liquid measuring cup. Set aside.
Step 2
Heat oil in a large oven-safe pan on medium until shimmering. Allow the pork tenderloins to brown for 2-3 minutes, or until they easily release from the pan.
Step 3
Flip the meat and brown for 2 more minutes. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds until aromatic. Spread sauce on pork tenderloin sides. Finish flipping the tenderloins and bake.
Step 4
Bake the pork for 13-17 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest area reads 145 degrees.
Step 5
Transfer the pork to a platter, tent with foil, and rest while making the sauce. Return the honey sauce and meat juices pan to the heat.
Step 6
The sauce should thicken enough to coat the back of a spoon after 2 minutes of simmering over medium-low heat.
Step 7
Slice tenderloin and serve with lots of honey garlic sauce.
