Banana Pudding Brownies Recipe

This recipe combines rich chocolate brownies and creamy banana pudding for a delicious treat. A delicious take on the classic dish, these banana pudding brownies combine juicy bananas and rich chocolate in every bite. These brownies dazzle whether you're entertaining or craving a sweet treat. 

 For the Brownie Layer: -1 cup all-purpose flour -1 cup granulated sugar -1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted -1/2 cup cocoa powder -2 large egg -1 teaspoon vanilla extract -1/4 teaspoon salt  For the Banana Pudding Layer: -2 ripe bananas, mashed -1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla -pudding mix -1 1/2 cups cold milk -1 cup whipped topping (such as -Cool Whip) -Sliced bananas (optional, for   garnish)

Ingredients 

Preheat your oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). A baking dish measuring 9 by 9 inches should be greased or lined with parchment paper.

Prepare the Brownie Layer: Melt the butter and add the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract to a big mixing bowl. Mix everything together well. Add the cocoa powder, salt, and flour all at once. Mix until it's smooth. Spread the cookie batter out evenly in the baking dish that has been prepared.

If you stick a toothpick into the middle of the brownie and it comes out with a few moist bits, it's done. Take it out of the oven and let it cool all the way down.

Prepare the Banana Pudding Layer:  Mix the instant pudding mix and cold milk together in a different bowl using a whisk until the pudding gets thick. Add the cream topping and mashed bananas and mix them in well.

Assemble the Brownies: Add the banana pudding mixture on top of the cookie layer after it has cooled. To make it look better, add sliced bananas as a garnish.

When you are ready to serve the brownies, place them in the refrigerator for at least two hours so that the pudding layer can reach its desired consistency.
