Vegan Sweet Potato Pancakes (Gluten-Free) recipes

Oats, white rice flour, spices, and maple syrup are used to make these vegan sweet potato pancakes. Free of gluten, dairy, and eggs.

Ingredient

– Canned sweet potato puree – Non-dairy milk – Apple cider vinegar – Gluten-free oat – White rice flour – Vegan butter – Maple syrup – Ground cinnamon, ginger, and clove

Put in a food processor the oats, white rice flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves that are dry.

Until the oats have a consistency similar to that of flour, process them.

Then add the wet ingredients, which are almond milk, maple syrup, sweet potato, vanilla extract, and melted vegan butter.

Process the mixture until all of the ingredients are mixed in. Let the batter sit for three to four minutes.

Warm up a pan that doesn't stick over medium heat. Fill a ¼ measuring cup with batter and pour it on the pan.

When bubbles develop on top of the pancakes and the edges have set, flip the pancakes.
