Add 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour, ½ teaspoon baking powder, ½ teaspoon baking soda, and ½ teaspoon salt.
For easy scooping, chill the dough for 30 minutes.

Whip the cream on medium speed in a separate bowl or clean stand mixer until stiff peaks form.

Mix the whipped cream and mascarpone until combined. Refrigerate until assembly and serving.

Tiramisu cookie assemblyLet coffee cookies cool before adding mascarpone.Use chilled mascarpone cream to pipe or spread on cookies.

Place cream in a piping bag and cut off the end by half an inch for a Tiramisu look. Squeeze mascarpone cream into small blobs on the cookie. Sprinkle cocoa powder through a sieve to finish. Cocoa Powder
