━━━━━━━━━━━━━

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 425℉ (220℃).Cut ½ inch off the bottom of each broccolini stem and discard. Split a broccolini stem lengthwise, reserving the leaves.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Step 1

Quarter thick stems. Slim stems don't need cutting. This cooks broccolini evenly and yields more pieces.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Step 2

Place broccolini on a large baking sheet. Add olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. With clean hands, coat broccolini evenly in oil and seasonings.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Step 3

Bake 10–15 minutes in preheated oven until crispy and browned. Cook broccolini for 10 minutes for crunchy, longer for tender.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Step 4

Hot or cold, roasted broccoli is delicious. Keep leftover broccolini in an airtight container in the fridge for 4 days after cooling.
