Super Creamy Sun Dried Tomato Chicken Gnocchi Recipe

Comforting, easy, and tasty Creamy Sun Dried Tomato Chicken Gnocchi. This 20-minute dinner includes delicious chicken tenders, sun-dried tomato creamy sauce, and gnocchi.

– 1 pound gnocchi  – 1 tablespoon oil from sun dried tomatoe – 1 tablespoon butter  – 1 pound chicken tender – ¼ teaspoon salt – ¼ teaspoon pepper – 3 cloves garlic – 7 ounce sun dried tomatoe – 1½ cups milk  – ½ cup half and half – ½ cup Parmesan cheese – 1 tablespoon cornstarch – 2 tablespoons milk

Ingredient

1

Cook gnocchi per package instructions. Drain and set aside. Drain the sun-dried tomato oil into a small basin.

2

Save for the recipe. In a large skillet, melt butter and sun-dried tomato oil on medium-high.

3

Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken tenders in the skillet. Cook both sides of the chicken until no longer pink and faintly golden brown.

4

Set aside the chicken on a platter. If your skillet needs more oil, use sun-dried tomato oil.

5

Sun-dried tomatoes and garlic should be added to a skillet and sautéed for two to three minutes, or until the garlic is fragrant and aromatic.

6

In a skillet, combine the half and half, the half and half, and the Parmesan cheese. Add the other half and half.

7

Combine the cornflour and the two tablespoons of milk in a small dish and whisk them together. Add this mixture to the skillet as well.

8

Mix the sauce in with a whisk or stir. In the process of bubbling from the cornflour, the sauce will start to get more thick.

9

Cook for approximately one minute. After stirring in the gnocchi, return the chicken to the skillet and continue cooking.

10

The chicken should be served while it is still warm, with some of the sauce drizzled over it, and parsley used as a garnish.
