Sugar Cookie Bars (Gluten-Free) recipes

This simple Frosted Sugar Cookie Bars recipe is excellent for any occasion. Made with healthy almond and coconut flour and creamy vegan buttercream icing. Gluten-free, vegan.

Ingredient

– Almond flour – Coconut flour – Vegan butter – Tapioca starch – Organic cane sugar and powdered sugar – Vanilla and almond extract

Direction

Add water and tapioca starch to a large bowl. Combine with whisk. Combine the remaining wet ingredients (melted butter, agave, cane sugar, vanilla, almond).

Place sugar cookie dough in pan. Flatten the dough evenly with a rubber spatula and more parchment paper. Fill all corners.

Add frosting ingredients to a clean mixing bowl. With an electric hand mixer, whip frosting on medium speed until smooth.

Use parchment flaps to gently pull bars from the pan and lay them on a cutting board to frost. Frost bars with a spatula and sprinkle with color. Cut into big bars or cute squares.
