Springtime Avocado Toast with Radish Recipe


With radish, peas, and chicken on avocado toast, you can enjoy a beautiful, fresh, and easy spring recipe for any meal of the day.


– 4 slices of bread of your choice, toasted (see note) – 1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted – 8 sugar snap peas, thinly sliced – 2 radishes, thinly sliced – 1/2 cup sliced or chopped chicken – Kosher Salt – Fresh ground black pepper – Microgreens (optional) – Good Quality Olive Oil – Balsamic reduction



Put the avocado in a bowl and use a fork to rough it up a bit. Mix it well and put it on top of all four toasts. Add pepper and salt.


Step 1

Radish, chicken, and snap peas should be put on top of the avocado mash. Add more salt and pepper. 


Step 2

If you want, add microgreens. Add the balsamic vinegar and olive oil, and then serve.
