Spicy Marinated Grilled Shrimp Skewers Recipe

Putting shrimp on a grill is one of my favorite treats to make. They taste great, are easy to make, and cook up very quickly.

Ingredient

– 4 Tablespoons olive oil – Zest of 2 lemons – 2 teaspoons smoked paprika – 2 teaspoons ground coriander – 1 teaspoon dried oregano – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon onion powder – ½ teaspoon cumin – ½ teaspoon salt – ½ teaspoon black pepper – ½ teaspoons chili flakes – 2 pounds large raw shrimp peeled, and deveined – 2 large zucchini – 1 large red onion – Skewers – wooden or stainless steel Lemon Dill Sauce: – ¼ cup greek yogurt – ¼ cup mayonnaise – 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh dill – 1 Tablespoons lemon juice – 1 Tablespoons dijon mustard – ¼ teaspoon garlic powder – ¼ teaspoon onion powder – Zest from 1 lemon

Introduction 

Stir together yogurt, mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, dijon, garlic powder, onion powder, and lemon zest to make the sauce.

salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Put raw, peeled, deveined shrimp in a big bowl. Top shrimp with marinade. Halve the zucchini lengthwise.

soak wooden skewers for 15–30 minutes before adding shrimp. Throw shrimp, zucchini, and onion pieces onto skewers until they're all used.

Grill skewers on medium-high. Grate oil de-sticks. Skewers cook. Until soft and pink, fry zucchini and shrimp. An extra cook. Max 5 minutes per side. Skewers and creamy dill rice.
