Slow Cooker Honey Nut Granola Recipe

This Slow Cooker Honey Nut Granola recipe lets you make a big amount of your favorite snack or breakfast food!

INGREDIENT

– 5 cups old fashioned rolled oat – 1 1/2 cups raw almonds, divided – 1 teaspoon cinnamon – 3/4 teaspoon Kosher salt – 1/2 cup honey – 1/2 cup coconut oil – 1/4 cup brown sugar – 1 teaspoon vanilla

INSTRUCTION

Cooking spray a big slow cooker. Oats in slow cooker. In a food processor, grind half the almonds into tiny crumbs for the slow cooker. After grinding, add small to medium almond pieces to oats.

Stir in cinnamon and Kosher salt. Make coconut oil liquid in a microwave-safe bowl. Mix honey, brown sugar, and vanilla. Pour mixture over oats and mix.
