Absolutely delicious Raspberry Chocolate Brownies. They are a decadent dessert made with real dark chocolate, chocolate chips, and fresh raspberries.

115 grams (1/2 cup or 1 stick) butter200 grams (1 and 1/3 cup) dark chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate, broken into pieces100 grams (1/2 cup) caster sugar or granulated sugar90 grams (1/2 cup) brown sugar1 teaspoon vanilla extract3 large eggs70 grams (1/2 cup) plain flour or all purpose flour20 grams (1/4 cup) cocoa powder125 grams (1 cup) fresh raspberries75 grams (1/2 cup) chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 180 C (350 F) standard/160 C (320 F) fan-forced. Grease and line an 8-inch square pan with baking or parchment paper, overhanging two sides.

Stir butter and chocolate every 30 seconds in a heatproof bowl in the microwave while melting. Let cool slightly.

Stir in sugar and vanilla to the chocolate mixture. Stir again after adding each egg. Stir in flour and cocoa until smooth.
Gently stir in fresh raspberries and chocolate chips. Fill tin with mixture and gently smooth top.

Bake the brownie for 30–35 minutes until done. The edges should crack and the middle should stop wobbling. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
