Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Bars Recipe 

Chocolate Chip Muesli Cookie bars called Peanut Butter Bars are soft-baked and thick. They are full of peanut butter, oatmeal, chocolate chips and peanut butter chips. 

– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour – 3/4 teaspoon baking soda – 1/4 teaspoon salt – 1 cup whole-grain old fashioned oat – 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened – 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter – 1/2 cup granulated sugar – 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 large egg – 1 large egg yolk – 1 cup peanut butter chip – 1 cup chocolate chip

Warm the oven up to 350 degrees. Grease a 9-by-13-inch baking pan and set it aside.

Mix the flour, baking soda, salt, and oats together in a medium-sized bowl using a whisk.

Put the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and sugar in a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer with the paddle attachment.

Mix them together until they look fluffy and light in colour, about two to three minutes.

The egg and egg yolk should now be added. Well mix everything together. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ones until they are all mixed together.

Put in the peanut butter and chocolate chips and mix them together. Put the batter into the pan that has been prepared.

Just bake it for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the edges start to get a little brown. The bars will still have a pale, almost underdone look in the middle. Okay then.

The bars will be dry if you bake them too long. For twenty to thirty minutes, leave the bars in the pan to cool down. Enjoy! Cut it into squares.
