Oat Flour Brownies Recipe

Oat flour is used to make brownies that are dense, soft, and fudgy. Free from gluten!

– 170g or ¾ cup unsalted butter cold is fine – 250g or 1 ¼ cups granulated sugar – 85g or ¾ cup dutch process cocoa – 1 tsp fine sea salt – 1 tsp pure vanilla extract – 1 egg plus 1 yolk – 90g or ¾ cup oat flour – 2 tablespoons milk – 80g or ½ cup finely chopped chocolate

Put parchment paper on both sides of an 8-square pan to line it. Use the microwave to melt the butter almost all the way through.

 After you add the sugar, put it back in the microwave for 30 seconds at full power. Mix the butter and sugar well with a whisk

Mix the cocoa in well with the whisk. Whisk very well as you add the egg, yolk, vanilla, and salt. Add the milk and flour and mix well.

 Add the chopped chocolate and mix it in by scraping the cutting board to get all the little chocolate pieces. Put the batter in the pan that has been prepared,

And let it sit at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes. Warm the oven up to 350 F.

Over the course of approximately thirty minutes, the cake should be baked until a cake tester emerges with a thick batter that has the appearance of goo.
