Ingredient
– 1 cup Sugar– ½ cup Golden Sugar – 2 Egg– 2 Bananas ripe– 3 cups All-purpose Flour– 4 teaspoon Baking Powder– 1 teaspoon Salt– ½ cup Vegetable Oil– 1 ½ cups Milk– 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract– 2 tablespoon Golden Corn Syrup– 2 cups Nutella
Direction
1
Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C and line muffin tray.
Beat eggs and sugars until combined.
2
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Whisk in oil, milk, vanilla, and golden syrup until no lumps remain.
3
Put batter into muffin tins about two thirds of the way to the top, and then add a teaspoon of nutella.
4
Put the nutella inside the muffin case and fill the rest of the muffin case with batter. Fill the muffin liners all the way to the top with batter to make extra-large "mushoom"-shaped muffins.
5
Add a little more nutella to the muffins and use a toothpick to swirl it into the batter.
6
Take it out of the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until it's golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
7
Let the muffins cool in the muffin tin before you try to move them. If you try to move them while they are still hot, they may break.
