No Bake Black Forest Cheesecake Recipe 

The ultimate rich and decadent dessert, this easy-to-make No Bake Black Forest Cheesecake has layers of Oreo cookie crust, no bake cheesecake filling, no bake chocolate cheesecake filling, and canned cherry pie filling.  

– Oreo Crust – 32 Oreo cookie – 4 tablespoons salted butter melted – Black Forest Cheesecake – 2 bars (8 oz each) cream cheese – 3/4 cup granulated sugar – 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder – 1 cup full-fat sour cream – 1 cup cherry pie filling – 8 ounces Cool Whip thawed – Topping – 1 cup cherry pie filling – 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream – 2 tablespoons powdered sugar – Chocolate shaving

Make Oreo Crust Blend regular Oreos (not double stuf) in a food processor until fine crumbs.

Slowly add the melted butter and blend until it's wet sand-like. No cooking spray needed—press the crust mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and cover with plastic wrap.

Make Black Forest Cheesecake Beat cream cheese, sugar, and cocoa powder in a large bowl with an electric hand mixer or stand mixer until light and fluffy. Around 3–4 minutes.

Add sour cream and mix well. Stir cherry pie filling with a wooden spoon until combined. Stir gently to avoid cherry crushing.

Mix in Cool Whip evenly. Spread the back forest cheesecake mixture evenly over the crust in the springform pan. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or overnight, covered with plastic wrap.

Ready To Serve Mix heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar in a bowl at low speed and increase as needed until stiff peaks form. This takes 3–4 minutes.

Put the whipped cream in a piping bag with a large 1A tip or a sandwich bag with a cut corner. Pipe whipped cream around the cheesecake.
