No Bake Banana Pudding Cheesecake Recipe

Its homemade vanilla wafer crust, no-bake banana pudding cheesecake filling and layers of fresh bananas and whipped cream make it one of the easiest desserts to make.  

– Nilla Wafer Crust – 50 Nilla wafer cookies  – 8 tablespoons (1 stick) salted butter melted – 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar – Banana Pudding Cheesecake – 2 bars (8 oz each) cream cheese  – 1/2 cup powdered sugar – 1 box (3.4 oz) instant banana cream pudding mix – 1 cup sour cream room temperature – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 2 cups whipped topping  – 1 large banana sliced – Toppings & Garnish – Nilla wafer cookies  – Sliced banana – Whipped cream

Making the crust Nilla wafer cookies in a food processor. Pulse 30 seconds to make fine crumbs. Pour in melted butter and brown sugar. Pulse until combined and wet sand-like.

Press the crust mixture into an ungreased 9-inch springform pan's bottom and slightly up the sides. Wrap the springform pan in plastic and freeze while you make the rest.

Make Cheesecake Filling Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar in a bowl for 2-3 minutes with an electric hand mixer until combined and fluffy.

Put banana cream instant pudding, sour cream and vanilla extract in. Mix for 1-2 minutes until thick and creamy. Use a spatula to gently mix in the whipped topping.

Step 4

Put Cheesecake Together Take the springform pan out of the freezer. Evenly cover the crust with half the banana cheesecake mixture.

Layer sliced bananas in a circle for the next layer. One large banana

Spread the remaining cheesecake mixture evenly over the bananas and smooth the top with a spatula.

Cool and Serve Wrap the springform pan in plastic and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or overnight.

When ready to serve, top the cheesecake with whipped cream, crushed or whole Nilla wafer cookies, and banana slices.

Run a knife along the springform pan's inside edge and remove the outer ring to serve. Slice and serve cold.
