Light and Buttery Potato Chip Cookies Recipe

As you might expect, these cookies aren't typical. Potato chip cookies combine the crunchiness of potato chips with the sweetness and butteriness of homemade cookies.


– 1 cup salted butter softened – 1/2 cup granulated sugar – 1 & 3/4 cup all-purpose flour – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 cup finely crushed plain potato chips – 1/2 cup


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Put sheet trays in a separate location and line them with parchment paper.

At a distance of approximately 2 inches, place dollops of the cookie dough measuring 1.5 tablespoons on the sheet trays that have been prepared.

It should be baked for thirteen to eighteen minutes, or until the edges start to acquire a very light golden brown color.
