Ingredient
– Medjool date– Coconut milk or unsweetened almond milk– Maple syrup– Vanilla extract
Direction
Put dates in a blender. Put something hot on top of it and let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes.

Place the dates back into the blender after draining the water. Mix in some vanilla extract, salt, and coconut milk.

Also add some maple syrup. Blend until it is completely smooth.
