Healthy Gluten-Free Sweet Potato Bread recipes

A healthy gluten-free recipe for sweet potato bread made with almond and oat flours, maple syrup, sweet potatoes, and spices. No dairy.

Ingredient

– Sweet potato puree – Almond flour – Oat flour – Maple syrup – Egg – Cinnamon, ginger, clove – Vanilla extract – Optional topping

Direction

The potato, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla are the wet ingredients. In a medium bowl, whisk them together.

With a rubber spatula, mix in the rest of the dry ingredients until a smooth batter forms.
