Healthy Blueberry Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

Simple to customise, soft and chewy Banana Blueberry Oatmeal Cookies are amazing! The toasty cinnamon, sweet banana, and tart blueberries with oats are delicious.

– 2 ripe bananas mashed (⅔ cup) – ¼ cup pure maple syrup – ⅔ cup unsweetened almond butter – 2 cups rolled oats – 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon – 1 tsp sea salt – ⅔ cup fresh blueberries

Start with a large parchment-lined baking sheet and a 350°F oven.Smash the bananas in a large bowl until creamy (you can leave them bumpy, but aim to homogenous).

To whisk almond butter from the fridge, microwave it for 20–30 seconds or remove it from the microwave.

Add oats, cinnamon, and sea salt and mix well. Normal cookie dough is sticky and moist.
