Gluten-Free Ginger Snaps (Soft and Chewy) recipes

These Gluten-Free Ginger Snaps cookies are soft and crunchy. They don't have any dairy and are sweetened with coconut sugar. Great for sharing.

Ingredient

– Molasse – Coconut sugar – Almond flour – Coconut oil – Cinnamon and ginger

Direction

Whisk the egg, molasses, and coconut sugar together in a big bowl. Put vanilla and coconut oil in the bowl.

The almond flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and ginger should be mixed together in a separate basin or bowl.

 Add the liquid ingredients and mix to incorporate them. It is going to be thick!
