Gluten-Free Blondies (Vegan) recipes

Easy one-bowl Gluten-Free Blondies prepared with almond and coconut flour! Soft and chewy, they make a terrific crowd-pleaser dessert. Egg- and dairy-free.

Put applesauce and almond butter in a large bowl. Electric mixers can be used to beat.

Again, beat for one minute after adding the cane sugar, coconut sugar, and maple syrup.

Add all wet and dry ingredients except walnuts and white chocolate chips and beat on medium speed until mixed.

Fold walnuts and white chocolate chips into blondie batter and pour into pan. Smooth top with rubber spatula.

Bake 26–28 minutes until a toothpick comes out largely clean. Golden brown tops. Cool fully on a wire rack before cutting into 16 squares.
