Gluten-Free Bagels (Vegan) recipes

Easy Gluten-Free Bagels! Made using almond, white, and brown rice flours with arrowroot starch. You can have the greatest gluten-free bagels. Vegan.

Ingredient

– white rice flour – brown rice flour – almond flour – arrowroot starch – psyllium husk powder – olive oil – organic cane sugar

Direction

Parchment a baking sheet. Cut another sheet of parchment paper into 6 squares and arrange on baking sheet in rows. Set aside.

Heat almond milk to 100°F. I microwave a big glass measuring cup for two to three 30-second intervals.

Almond milk with 1 tablespoon cane sugar and yeast. Mix well and let rest for 5 minutes.

Mix psyllium husk powder, salt, brown, white, arrowroot starch, and almond flours in a big basin. Combine evenly with whisk.

Stir olive oil into almond milk. Add liquid slowly to flour mixture and stir until dough forms and all dry particles are included.

Brush olive oil on bagels using a pastry brush. Sprinkle sea salt or everything bagel seasoning. Bake bagels till golden brown, 15–20 minutes.

Set the baking sheet down on a wire rack to cool. To eat bagels warm if you want to. If you want, toast it.
