Easy Vegan Queso Bean Dip recipes

This is a spicy Vegan Queso Bean Dip recipe made with jalapeños, cashews, and spices. A simple plant-based starter that you can share! Also gluten-free.

Ingredient

– Canned black bean – Minced garlic – Yellow onion – Tomato paste – Jalapeño – Raw cashew – Lemon juice – Olive oil – Dijon mustard – Nutritional yeast – Spice

Direction

Mix the cashews with hot water in a blender with a lot of power. Let it sit for five minutes at least.
