You only need fresh, juicy pears, warm spices, and oat flour to make this simple Pear Crumble. Put some vanilla ice cream on top and serve! It is gluten-free and vegan.

– Gluten-free oat flour– Arrowroot starch– Fresh pear– Maple syrup– Vegan butter– Cinnamon, Ginger, and Vanilla extract

Take a big bowl and add the pears. Then add 1 tablespoon of arrowroot starch, ¼ teaspoon of salt, and ground cinnamon.

Add one teaspoon of vanilla extract and maple syrup, and whisk to combine.

Place the pear mixture in the baking dish that has been prepared.

To the large bowl, add organic cane sugar and vegan butter. Cream the mixture. Combine remaining vanilla,, and ¼ teaspoon salt until pea-sized crumbs form.

Spread the crumble mixture out evenly over the top of the pears. After 45 to 50 minutes, the top should be golden brown and bubbly.
