Easy Gluten-Free Apple Cobbler recipes

Easy Gluten-Free Apple Cobbler with cinnamon apples and soft oat flour biscuits is the perfect fall dessert. Serve with vanilla ice cream! Dairy-free, vegan. 

Ingredient

– Fresh apple – Vegan butter – Maple syrup – Organic cane sugar – White rice flour – Gluten-free oat flour – Arrowroot starch (or cornstarch) – Dairy-free milk

Direction

Mix melted butter, water, maple syrup, lemon juice, ground cinnamon, organic cane sugar, 1 tablespoon white rice flour, vanilla essence, and salt in a large basin. Combine with whisk.

Apple slices to the mixing basin. Mix to coat. Put the apple mixture and liquid in the baking dish. Bake 20 minutes.

You can make the biscuits while the sauce is baking. In a medium bowl, mix the oat flour, cane sugar, baking powder, salt, and white rice flour.
