Easy Gingersnap Pie Crust recipes

This simple Gingersnap Pie Crust recipe requires only 3 ingredients. Simple gluten-free and dairy-free pie crust for individuals with limits. 

Ingredient

– Gingersnap cookie – Butter or vegan butter – Organic cane sugar

Break cookies in half as you put them in a food processor. Add cane sugar. Pulse to break cookies, then process till fine crumbs.

As you process gingersnap crumbs, add melted butter until evenly combined (like wet sand). If needed, add another tablespoon of melted butter to the crust.

Move the crumbs to the pie plate that has been prepared. Even out the crust pieces on the bottom and up the sides.

The flat bottom of a cup can help you pack and smooth the sides and bottom. Put it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
