Easy Chunky Tomato Onion Relish Recipe

– 1 large yellow onion cut into 1/4 inch rings, skins removed – 1 tablespoon olive oil – 1 clove garlic minced – 10 ounce can Rotel – 1/4 up Cilantro rough chop, packed – 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika – 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano – 1 teaspoon ground cumin – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
