These Air Fryer Ribs are revolutionary! The barbeque rub adds smokiness and crisps the edges, giving these ribs great texture.

– 1 Tbsp. Kosher salt – 1 Tbsp. light brown sugar – 1 Tbsp. smoked paprika – 1 Tbsp. chile powder – 1 tsp. black pepper – 1 tsp. garlic powder – 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper – 2 1/2 to 3 lbs. baby back rib – Barbecue sauce

In a small bowl, mix salt, sugar, paprika, chilli powder, black pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. The seasoning rub should cover both sides of the ribs.

Cut the meat between the bones into ribs with a sharp knife. Serve barbeque sauce on the side, or not.

Step: Brush barbeque sauce on ribs and heat at 400°F for 5-8 minutes until sauce darkens.
