These Double Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookies are soft and chewy, and taste great with chocolate. There is a vegan version and it is gluten- and dairy-free!
Ingredient
– Almond flour– Coconut flour– Cocoa powder– Maple syrup– Egg– Chocolate chips, coconut flakes, and pecan
Direction
Almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda should all be mixed together in a big bowl. Mix with a whisk.
1
First add the big egg and mix it in with a whisk. Then add the rest of the wet ingredients (coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract) and mix them in with the flour.
2
Mix things together well. Chocolate chips, pecans, and coconut bits should all be carefully mixed in. Let the batter sit for two to three minutes.
3
Take a spoonful of batter and use your hands to shape it into a ball. Evenly place the balls on the baking sheet and lightly press down on top of them.
4
Set the oven to 8–9 minutes. Let the cookies cool on the cookie sheet for two to three minutes before moving them to a wire cooling rack for the best results.
