– Gluten-free penne pasta – Onion – Chicken breast or thigh – Frozen broccoli – Alfredo sauce – Olive oil – Garlic – Red pepper flake

Follow the directions on the package to cook the penne pasta until it's al dente. Then, drain the pasta and set aside ¼ cup of the pasta water. Do not use the pasta water.
