This formula lets you add protein, plant milk, and fruit to your smoothie. Protein powder or many no-protein powders! Make a protein-packed smoothie every time!

– 1 serving vegan protein, (see notes) – 1 - 1 ½ cups cup plant-based milk, (see notes) – 1 heaping cup frozen fruit, (see notes) – 1 - 2 boosters (optional), (see notes)

Pick 1-2 vegan proteins. Select plant-based milk.

Step 1

Plant-based milk can add protein to your smoothie if desired.

Blend your protein option, 1 cup of plant-based milk, your frozen fruit, and any boosters. Blend till creamy.

If the smoothie is too thick, add ½ cup more plant-based milk to achieve the desired consistency.
