FOR THE TURNOVERS– 1 17.3-ounce package frozen puff pastry, thawed according to package direction– 1 and 1/2 cups chopped strawberrie– 2 tablespoons granulated sugar– 1 tablespoon cornstarch– 2 ounces semi-sweet chocolate roughly chopped (about 1/2 cup)– 1/4 cup Nutella– 1 egg white lightly beaten

Turn the oven on to 400°F. Put a silicone baking mat or parchment paper on a sizable baking sheet and set it aside.

Heat the oven to 400°F. Set aside a large baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.

In a large basin, sprinkle cornflour and sugar on strawberries. Fill one corner of 8 puff pastry pieces with strawberry, chocolate, and Nutella. Fork-crimp the second filling corner.

Place the turnovers on the baking sheet after brushing them with egg white. Two batches are normally baked. To puff and lightly brown, bake at 400°F for 15-18 minutes.

For the glaze, combine chopped chocolate and Nutella in a microwave-safe bowl. Continue stirring after 20-30 seconds in the microwave until melted and smooth. Pour glaze on turnovers.
