– 3 cups (360g) all-purpose flour– 3/4 cup (150g) firmly packed light brown sugar– 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar– 1 tablespoon baking powder– 1/2 teaspoon salt– 3 large egg– 3/4 cup (170g) unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled– 3/4 cup milk– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract– 2 cups (340g) chocolate chip– confectioners’ sugar, for garnish
Warm the oven up to 350°F. A 10- or 12-cup Bundt pan should be greased and floured, or a baking spray with flour should be used.

The flour, brown sugar, sugar, baking powder, and salt should all be mixed together with a whisk. Make a hole in the middle of the mix.
