Chocolate Chip Muffin Cake Recipe

Your muffins can be transformed into a beautiful cake with the help of this Chocolate Chip Muffin Cake! 


– 3 cups (360g) all-purpose flour – 3/4 cup (150g) firmly packed light brown sugar – 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar – 1 tablespoon baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 3 large egg – 3/4 cup (170g) unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled – 3/4 cup milk – 2 teaspoons vanilla extract – 2 cups (340g) chocolate chip – confectioners’ sugar, for garnish

Warm the oven up to 350°F. A 10- or 12-cup Bundt pan should be greased and floured, or a baking spray with flour should be used.

The flour, brown sugar, sugar, baking powder, and salt should all be mixed together with a whisk. Make a hole in the middle of the mix. 

Step 2

Take a small bowl and beat the eggs very little. Put the cooled butter, milk, and vanilla in the bowl and mix them together.  

Step 3

Put it into the well in the flour mix. Just mix everything together. Add the chocolate chips and mix them in. 

Step 4

Spread the batter out evenly in the pan that has been prepared. In a 50- to 60-minute bake, or until a pick stuck in the middle comes out clean. 

Step 5

For 15 minutes, let the cake cool in the pan on a wire rack. After that, move the cake to a wire rack to cool completely. If you want, you can sprinkle confectioners' sugar on top before serving.
