Chocolate Chip Cookie Butter Snack Cake Recipe

Chocolate Chip Cookie Butter Snack Cake is a simple snack cake with great flavours! 


– 1 & 1/2 cups (180g) all-purpose flour – 1 teaspoon baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened – 1/2 cup (140g) cookie butter – 1/2 cup (100g) firmly packed light brown sugar – 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar – 2 large egg – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1/2 cup (118ml) milk – 1 cup (170g) semisweet chocolate chip

Warm the oven up to 350°F. Cover an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper that hangs over on two sides. Grease the inside and any pan that will be seen.

The flour, baking powder, and salt should all be mixed together with a whisk. Put away. 

Step 2

Beat the butter, brown sugar, and sugar together with an electric mixer on medium speed until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the cookie butter and mix it in. 

Step 3

One at a time, add the eggs and mix well after each one. Add the vanilla and stir. Turn down the mixer's speed.  

Step 4

Three parts of the flour mixture should be added at a time, followed by two parts of the milk.  

Step 5

Mix only until everything is mixed together or until there are still some flour streaks. Add the chocolate chips and mix them in. 

Step 6

Spread the batter out evenly in the pan that has been prepared. It's done when a pick stuck in the middle comes out clean after 35 to 40 minutes of baking.  

Step 7

But the edges and top should be browned first. Let it cool all the way in the pan on a wire rack before you serve it.
