INGREDIENT
– 18 frozen dinner roll– 5 Tablespoons butter, divided– 6 egg– 1/4 cup whole milk– 1 bell pepper, chopped– 8 ounces ham steak, chopped– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese– 3 green onions, green parts chopped– 1 teaspoon garlic powder– 1 teaspoon poppy seed– 1 teaspoon Kosher salt– 1 teaspoon parsley– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder– Ranch dressing, for serving

INSTRUCTION
Place the rolls in a single layer at room temperature for 20–30 minutes to partially defrost until sliceable. Defrost in microwave for 2-3 minutes. Prepare remaining ingredients while rolls defrost.

Step 1
Meanwhile, melt 1/2 tablespoon butter in a medium skillet. Saute bell pepper for 5 minutes till soft. Transfer to plate.

Reduce skillet heat to medium-low and add 1/2 tbsp butter. Pour milk-egg mixture into skillet. It scrambles eggs and makes curds when spatulad.

Keep the eggs moving and remove from heat when set but wet. Salt and pepper to taste.

In a bigger bowl, melt the remaining 4 tablespoons of butter and add garlic powder, poppy seeds, Kosher salt, parsley, and onion powder. Butter and quarter buns with scissors or knife.

Mix rolls, eggs, peppers, ham, cheese, and green onions in a bigbowl. Brush butter or Baker's Joy on bundts. Add roll mixture. Saran wrap warm till doubled, 45 minutes.

Letter says overnight. Preheat oven to 350. Bake 35–40 minutes until rolls are done. Brown top? Cover with foil for 25 minutes. Release bundt sides with a thin silicone spatula after cooling. Ranch dressing on toast.
