Put cornflour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a gallon ziplock bag. Toss the bag to mix.
2 tablespoons cornflour, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder Put zucchini sticks in the bag, close and toss to coat. Set aside.
2 medium courgette Whisk eggs with spicy sauce in a medium-sized shallow basin and leave aside.
2 large eggs,2 tsp spicy sauce Mix breadcrumbs and parmesan in a medium shallow basin.
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1 cup panko breadcrumbs Let extra egg mixture drip off a zucchini stick.
Put in the panko mixture and gently press to stick. Continue with the remaining zucchini sticks on a platter.
Pre-heat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 350°F. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray and place the zucchini sticks in a single layer without touching. You must batch cook.
Air fried 8-12 minutes (no flipping) or till desired browned. Remove them with tongs and continue with the remaining zucchini sticks. Add your favourite dipping sauce and serve immediately.
