Banana Muffins Recipe 

These banana muffins are moist and tasty. This recipe is easy for youngsters to make and uses up ripe bananas. They're great plain or with walnuts or chocolate chips.

– 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour – 1 teaspoon baking powder – 1 teaspoon baking soda – ½ teaspoon salt – 3 large ripe bananas, mashed – ¾ cup white sugar – 1 large egg – ⅓ cup butter, melted

Start with a 350°F oven. Use paper liners or grease a 12-cup muffin tray. Set aside sifted flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

After mixing bananas, sugar, egg, and melted butter in a large bowl, fold in flour mixture until smooth. Divide batter into muffin cups and fill 2/3 full.
