Baked Peanut Butter Doughnuts with Glaze Recipe

Homemade Peanut Butter Doughnuts are cake-like and delicious. Peanut butter glaze makes them irresistible!

Ingredient

For the donuts: – 2 cups all-purpose flour – 2 teaspoons baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1/2 cup light brown sugar packed – 2 large eggs – 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter – 1/2 cup sour cream – 6 tablespoons milk – 2 teaspoons vanilla extract For the glaze: – 2 cups powdered sugar – 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter – 3-4 tablespoons milk – 1 teaspoon

Introduction 

Warm the oven up to 400°F. Spray cooking spray on a 12-count donut pan and set it aside. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together using a whisk.

Mix the peanut butter, eggs, sour cream, milk, and vanilla in a second large bowl using an electric mixer until the mixture is smooth.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until there are no more dry spots. Put an equal amount of batter into each of the 12 donut tins and smooth the tops.

Bake for 9 to 10 minutes, or until it puffs up and gets a little brown. For five minutes, let the donuts cool in the pan. Then, take them out and let them cool over a wire rack.

First, dip the tops of the donuts into the glaze, and then allow any excess glaze to drip off. Arrange the donuts with the glaze side facing up on a wire rack that is placed over a sheet tray.
