Baked Chocolate Donuts Recipe 

Chocolate-glazed donuts that are baked. If you'd like, you can coat the donuts in chocolate chips before baking.

– 2 cups all-purpose flour – 1 ½ cups white sugar – ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder – 2 teaspoons baking powder – 1 teaspoon salt – 1 ¼ cups 2% milk


– 1 large egg, lightly beaten – 2 tablespoons butter, melted – 1 tablespoon vegetable oil – 6 teaspoons vanilla extract, divided – 6 cups confectioners' sugar – 4 tablespoons hot water, or more as needed

Pre-heat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Brush the donut pans with butter.

Flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and salt should all be combined in a big basin and then sifted together.
